You Capture - Quiet
Quiet. I like that word. I try, really try, to live as quiet a life as possible, in every way possible. I like quiet people, quiet places, quiet things. Loud and me, we don't get along so well. But Quiet and me, we're friends.

Ohhhhh I love that song!!! And was that a yoga pose, because that is TOTALLY quiet and relaxing. Unless you do it in my house, but then I just meditate the noisy ankle-biters into the background. My youngest LOVES to do "yogurt" with me. HA!

The feet - Hubby's morning yoga practice. He's in handstand. Although maybe it wasn't so quiet for him that morning, as I kept wandering through with my camera...

Oh that sounds nice. But I am not a quiet person - not at all. I always have music blasting and I am singing at the top of my lungs along with it. :)
