You Capture - Depth of Field

I had kind of forgotten about this beach.

Hubby and I used to go here a lot. Before things got crazy, and the earth tilted on its axis.

I hadn't even thought of it in ages. But I thought of it Friday night.

Thought of how we used to go there with a picnic basket of sandwiches and cookies and bottles of water and a blanket, and just sit there and eat and talk and sit and walk.

It was nice, when we did that. Really nice.

And I thought it might be nice to try it again, now that the the earth is back on track and things are slightly less crazy.

And it was. It really was.

I think they're all beautiful, but I especially like the last photo. And I'd probably have it framed (because I'm all about pictures in my home.) Beautiful work....

Lovely. One of my favorite "dates" was a picnic dinner beside the Missouri River, far away from everything. 100% free, 100% pure bliss.

I wanted to tell you about The Happiness Project over at my Blog. It’s simple, every Tuesday you just post a photo of something that makes you wildly happy. It’s been so rewarding to meditate each week on what brings me happiness. I thought that I would invite you to join and link up to Mr. Linky. I am trying to take over the Blogosphere with happiness!

Here is a link to last weeks round uo if you want to check it out!

Thank you, I needed the peace of the beach right now. The heart of rocks is incredible and the grass through the sand is my 2nd fave. Great job.

bummed about the canceled U2 tour :(
